Peptide calculators that show their working

Free reconstitution and dosage tools for GLP-1s and research peptides. Every formula is written out in full, with worked examples — then track each dose in the Peptio app.

Worked example

units = (dose mg ÷ (vial mg ÷ BAC water mL)) × 100

Vial
5 mg
Bacteriostatic water
2 mL
Concentration
2.5 mg/mL
Dose
0.25 mg
Units to draw
10

Calculators

Each one states its formula in plain text, shows a table of worked examples, and answers the questions people ask most.

Track it all in the app

The calculators answer a single question. The Peptio app keeps the whole picture — every dose, site and side effect over time.

Log every dose

Record shots as you take them, with the compound, dose and site kept together in one timeline.

Rotate injection sites

A visual body map tracks where you last injected so you can rotate sites consistently.

See medication levels

Half-life curves show how levels build and taper between doses across your schedule.

Track how you feel

Note side effects and weight alongside doses to see patterns over weeks, not days.

Common questions

How do you calculate peptide reconstitution?
Divide the vial strength in milligrams by the millilitres of bacteriostatic water added to get the concentration in mg/mL. Divide your dose by that concentration to get the volume in millilitres, then multiply by 100 for a U-100 insulin syringe to get the units to draw.
Are the Peptio calculators free?
Yes. Every calculator on peptio.app is free, needs no account, and runs entirely in your browser — the figures you enter are never sent to a server.
Do I need the app to use the calculators?
No. The calculators work on the website on any device. The Peptio app adds dose logging, injection-site rotation and medication-level charts over time.
